The firm also work hard in looking after their staff and offer staff various training and development each year, a staff recognition scheme and support for mental wellbeing.

Sarah Jackson, Partner of the firm and Head of the Lincoln Office is already looking forward to developing the firms CSR policy further into 2019;

‘We are thrilled to be members of the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter. We are already looking at new initiatives for next year including Carbon Offsetting projects for the paper and printing that we use, developing the support we offer for Mental Wellbeing within the firm, and continuing our fundraising with local charities.

To be one of the first firms in the legal sector involved in the Charter is a great achievement for us and demonstrates our commitment in working in our local community and looking after our staff.”
