Hardware and Software Support

The philosophy of the ICT Team is ‘The answer is yes, what is the question?’

Our ICT Department (Information and Communication Technology) is based at our Boston office.

Our Hardware team consists of Adrian Crowson and Lorna Holdcroft. Their job is to ensure that the computer equipment and programs are kept secure and updated. They manage the Servers that run our computer system and are responsible for system security, email security, screening email for viruses and spam and ensuring that the telephone systems and Servers work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Currently our down time averages just 0.01% of the working time.

Our Software Development team is headed by Jamie Clay who is supported by Martin Birks. As a firm we are continually developing our software so that we can stay ahead of the game in the ever changing legal market place. The Software team write Case flows designed specifically for Ringrose Law by our Fee Earners to ensure that all matters are dealt with in a proactive, client-friendly way. Ringrose Law are passionate about the use of clear jargon-free English and wherever possible letters are re-written to ensure that they are easily understood by our clients.

Both teams provide ICT support for all staff members who may encounter problems with their systems or software during the working day, keeping our down time to a minimum.
