Everyone arrested by the police is entitled to be represented free of charge. You will be asked if you want a solicitor in all but the most serious of cases. You can ask the police to contact Ringrose Law, and they will then contact us, whatever the time of the day or night.
The police interview is the most important part of the criminal procedure which is why some police officers might want to tell you not to have a solicitor.
