Here at Ringrose Law, we understand the difficulties faced by parents when their child has been unable to gain a place at their choice of school. It is a decision which can affect the future of your child’s education and their future. Many parents just accept the school’s decision without realizing they could appeal. Those that do appeal often require guidance as to how to effectively complete the appeal information and process to ensure the best possible chance of success.

Our advisors have all had experience of advising schools. They want to use their experience to benefit parents and assist them with their appeals. Therefore, we have devised a Fixed Fee Assistance Package for parents. For £150 + VAT, we include within the Fixed Fee Assistance Package:-

  1. An appointment with your specialist advisor at any of our offices in Hykeham, Lincoln, Grantham, Boston or Sleaford. Please note this appointment is not time limited. Also, Saturday appointments are available.
  2. At the appointment, your advisor will discuss with you the criteria and guidance in respect of appeals and advise you of your prospects of success. You will also receive written confirmation of our advice.
  3. Your advisor will draft your appeal documentation giving you the best possible chance of success.
  4. Your adviser will provide you with guidance for the appeal, including suggestions for questions to ask and supplementary comments in support of the appeal.

Should you require representation at the appeal, your advisor will provide you with a quote in respect of those fees.
