About Christine Pickwell
Christine has been a Partner in Private Practice since 1991 and has been a Corporate Partner in Ringrose Law since her previous practice, Adie Pickwell merged with Ringrose & Co in 1999.
Christine specialises in divorce and separation with particular emphasis on financial claims. Christine comes from a farming family and has particular knowledge and understanding of the industry and consequently the challenging aspect of “Farming Divorces”.
Another area of interest is the division of Pensions. For many years Christine has worked closely with the Armed Forces which has given her a valuable insight into their complex regulations.
Christine also specialises in co-habitee disputes, separation agreements, pre and post-nuptial settlements.
Christine is a Family Mediator and heads Ringrose Family Mediation Service.
Since qualification in 1984, Christine has specialised entirely in family law.
She is accredited by Resolution as a Specialist in financial cases and domestic abuse.
She is a member of the Law Society Family Mediation Panel and accredited to conduct both Legal Aid and privately paying mediation.
Christine is also qualified to consult directly with children in the Mediation process.
Christine believes it is important to maintain a work life balance. In her spare time she is an avid gardener and also enjoys indulging in her passion for fashion!
