Sonia Bhalla, Criminal Solicitor at Grantham, recently represented a client at court for drink driving. The client had been drinking earlier that evening and decided to drive to the shops. Unfortunately, the client hit a pot hole and proceeded to cause damage to 13 cars that were parked on the street. The Police were called and our client was arrested.
At Court Sonia advised him to enter a guilty plea. After she had delivered mitigation on his behalf, the Magistrates sentenced our client to a 12 month ban and a fine. This was an excellent result in that the client received the minimum term possible for the ban, bearing in mind that the case contained a lot of aggravating features.
