Medical Negligence Reforms

The Goverment proposes ( to reform legal claims against the NHS.

The document sets out the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) response to the Government’s proposals to reform medical negligence cases. It simply sets out what the current system is; what the proposals are, why and in what way better reform is needed. Most powerfully though it confirms what many of us have known for some time, which is that if the NHS want to save costs on medical negligence cases, they need to reduce the number of times they act negligently!
