Do you suffer with Mental Health Issues or somebody you know is?
You are not alone. One in four of us will experience some kind of mental health problem at some time in our life.
Recognizing that you may have a mental health problem and taking the first steps to get help can be difficult. It may take time to begin to benefit from help but there are many effective treatments for mental health problems.
Most people recover from mental health problems without needing to go into hospital. Sometimes Hospital intervention is required. Many people who live with a mental health problem or are developing one try to keep their feelings hidden because they are afraid of other people’s reactions. And many people feel troubled without having a diagnosed, or diagnosable, mental health problem – although that doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling to cope with daily life.
Mental Health affect’s around one in four people in Britain, and range’s from common mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, to more rare problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. A mental health problem can feel just as bad, or worse, as any other physical illness – only you cannot see it.
Whether you have been admitted to hospital or not we can assist with mental health problems across all of our offices.
