“Clients need us more now then ever. Whether it is a parent seeking clarity on seeing their child, helping victims of domestic abuse, or general family law matters, we are here to help our clients across Lincolnshire and Newark.”
We are aware that domestic abuse is continuing to rise. We want to make victims aware that support services are still available to provide support where possible. In turn we will be available to assist with necessary applications.
Issues surrounding children in care proceedings and child protection proceedings are also still active together with contact problems between separated parents. The Court has declared that where possible all hearings will be heard remotely via telephone or video link.
