The criminal team are attending interviews across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire today – call us for assistance
Hopefully you will have read the recent daily blog of our solicitor, Bekkie Freitas as she navigated the first few weeks of the new way both Courts and the Police stations were dealing with the lock down.
We are now 77 days into lockdown and today is a busy day for the entire criminal team. We are all attending interviews across the county this morning, with our solicitors and police station representatives attending Skegness, Spalding, Lincoln and Newark police station for a wide range of offences.
We may, as a country be on lockdown, but we in the criminal team are still here for you, 24 hours a day.
What happens if I am arrested or asked to attend a voluntary interview?
If you are arrested or asked to attend a voluntary interview, you are entitled to free and independent legal advice so ask for Ringrose Law at the Police station and we will attend as soon as possible.
What if I am charged after arrest?
The first question we will ask is whether the prosecution can prove the case against you. If there is a realistic prospect of fighting the case, then we will advise you of this, and let you decide how you wish to proceed.
If you decide that you should admit the offence, we will guide you through the Court procedure and represent you in court so that you receive the sentence that best suits your circumstances.
If you need expert legal advice then call Ringrose Law.
We have offices located across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire in Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford and Spalding.
