‘Time to Talk Day’ takes place on the 4th February and is focused ending the Stigma of mental health.

The stigma around mental health remains a real issue and ‘Time to Talk Day’ encourages you to have conversations around mental health. With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem it is time to make talking about our mental health a normality. So whether with your friend, family member, colleague or neighbour a small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference.

The impact of the Covid-19 has had a big impact on our mental health so it is more important than ever to have open discussions around our mental health.
