Solicitor and Partner Kelly Langworthy has recently been promoted to Training Partner at Ringrose Law.  

As Training Partner, Kelly will hold the overall responsibility for the recruitment, training and development of the Trainees at Ringrose Law. This is a key post which ensures the training provided meets the standards set out by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and ultimately sets up the standard for future lawyers and Partners within the firm. 

Ringrose Law prides itself in supporting employees who wish to further their career and offers training contracts and qualification opportunities to staff every year.  

Kelly will be responsible for ensuring the continuing success of the firm’s trainee recruitment programme which has operated for many years, particularly focusing on the progression of trainees through the ranks. 

As well as being responsible for this, Kelly will also be working with the firm’s staff engagement team to ensure there is a clear career framework in place for all staff to follow going forward. 

In addition, Kelly has implemented the Summer Vacation Scheme that we are offering this year and going forwards. The scheme will allow the firm to discover future talent and provide University students, with a unique insight into the day-to-day life of a solicitor and allow them to gain experience to determine if a career in law is right for them.
