We are committed to supporting our staff with mental health problems and daily personal struggles.

Our HR Manager is a Mental Health First Aider and is able to support and help signpost staff and their family.

The firms Perkbox membership offers access to an Employee Assistance Programme. With confidential helplines, advice sheets and many online classes centred our mental and physical wellbeing, the focus is on your overall health.

Flexible Working

Our technology and software we use has allowed us to adopt flexible working practices. Whilst all staff have an office base, we also actively promote flexible and home working. We have found this to be of great benefit to our staff as they enjoy a healthy work/life balance and have the flexibility to work around their family commitments.

Charity and Community Initiatives

All staff are actively encouraged to participate and support local charity and company initiatives. The firm proudly organises the annual Lincoln Dagon Boat Race as well as supporting and attending many other local events. (link to CSR page)

Staff are also supported by the firm to undertake their own challenges. We have had members of staff take part in the London Marathon, Great North Run, taking part in charity bike rides, skydives and much more.

Well what can I say other than wow my Ringrose Family, not only do Ringrose Law make individuals count as a client but as an employee I am made to feel the same 😊

There is no I in Team!! and we all work together to keep the customers happy therefore keeping us happy too…

People Committee

At the start of 2017 we launched our ‘People Committee’ in the firm. All staff are invited to join the committee and the team meet every two months to share ideas to improve the firm and reward staff.

Some of the initiatives resulting from the people committee have included our annual staff party, Perkbox membership, a monthly staff newsletter and our annual March for March challenge. The team has also been involved in local fundraising projects and won an award for their support with the St Barnabas Company Fundraising Challenge in 2019.

Ringrose Law gave me my first opportunity to work in a law firm after I finished studying law as a mature student, which I am grateful for.

There is a strong culture of everyone helping each other out and everyone in the firm is friendly and approachable.

Hard work is always acknowledged by the firm. I find the amount of charity work the firm does commendable and Ringrose puts a lot back into the community, which is something I am passionate about. I wouldn’t want to be working anywhere else!
