About Des Saint
Des is a highly experienced legal advisor with over 40 years’ experience in military and civilian criminal litigation matters.
He has a background as a former Royal Air Force police sergeant before entering into criminal defence. He has also worked in Barristers chambers.
Des specialises in the preparation of cases before crown courts. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in preparing cases such as murder, drug and complex fraud offences as well as other criminal matters.
As a Law Society Accredited Police Station Representative since the mid 1990’s Des represents suspects at HM Forces and civilian police interviews as well as representing suspects at regulatory interviews.
Des also works within our Mental Health Department. Des has a diploma in counselling and he is currently applying to go on the mental health panel. In particular, Des has experience in dealing with restricted patients.
