Dominic has acted and assisted upon cases for individuals and businesses (including SME’s, partnerships, and PLC’s). His primary interest is high value, complex commercial litigation, but Dominic has a broad range of experience dealing with lower value fast track claims to having assisted on multi-million-pound claims in the High Court of Justice.
In addition to Commercial Disputes, Dominic is able to assist individuals with claims within the areas of Consumer, Contract, Nuisance and Negligence.
Dominic provides clear, cost-effective, and commercial advice that deals with both the primary and ancillary issues. Dominic has a good attention to detail and will look to assess each angle of a potential case. Dominic takes the time to think carefully about how to navigate through litigation and strives to achieve early settlement to avoid clients having to face the high cost and stress that inevitably comes with preparing for and attending trial.
Dominic is very approachable and a great asset to the Dispute Resolution Team.
After achieving a first-class on his law degree at Nottingham Law School and studying the Legal Practice Course together with a masters in parent company liability, Dominic then trained at a top 50 law firm where he gained invaluable experience in corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, real estate (primarily commercial property and development), and medical negligence.
