Emma is a Senior Solicitor who specialises in family law and advises on and acts in a whole array of family law matters.
She has covered various areas of law over the years, however, Emma has practiced Family Law throughout. Her specialist area continues to be Family Law to include Divorce and Finances, Separation, Children Matters and Family Law matters in general. Emma is also a Family Mediator in the firms Family Mediation Department.
Canine Law
Emma also runs the Canine Law department. Emma herself owns two dogs: one Border Collie and one ‘Sprocker’. Emma’s dogs both undertake dog agility training and Emma is to be found regularly competing in Kennel Club dog agility competitions where she has recently progressed to Grade 5.
She can also be found on regular Canicross runs with her Border Collie….as her Sprocker hides whenever the Canicross lead comes out!

Education
Emma studied for her law degree at Essex University and completed the Legal Practice Course in Chester. She went on to undertake her training contract at a specialist Family Law firm in central Manchester. Emma then returned to Lincolnshire to practice law over 15 years ago.
