The Lincolnite has reported yesterday (02 March 2015) that a bouncer at ‘Home’ nightclub in Lincoln, was assaulted on Saturday night, when removing a client from the establishment. The bouncer suffered a suspected knee injury during the altercation.

Most nights out an evening out may start well and ends with everyone getting home safely, but there are times where the alcohol consumed can make people act out and even become aggressive. If you are a victim of a crime then at Ringrose Law, we can help you get compensation for the pain and suffering you have endured, by way of a CICA (The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority) claim.

The CICA is a Public Body which administers the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme throughout England. The majority of the claims that fall under the scheme are from individuals who have been physically assaulted by no fault of their own.

The solicitors at Ringrose Law can advise you if you qualify for an award from the CICA. If you have been a victim of a violent crime within the last two years you could potentially claim compensation.

In most cases, we take claims on a no win no fee basis.
