If you are a client of the firm and you have a complaint about your legal advisor, you should try to resolve it to your satisfaction by discussing it with him or her direct. If that is not possible or desirable, please contact the Head of the relevant Department. The name of the Department Head will have been communicated to you at the outset of your matter but can in any event be confirmed by any member of staff at the firm.
In the event that your complaint relates to the Department Head personally, or that department as a whole, you should contact Lisa Gamwell, our Complaints Manager.
If you are not a client of the firm but you want to complain about some aspect of our service, please contact our Complaints Manager direct, preferably in writing.
