Unfair Adoption
Last month in the news was the story of a couple who took their baby to hospital with concerns, only to be put under suspicion of causing their baby harm. The child was removed by Social Services and then adopted in March 2015 after a Family Court ruled the child had suffered abuse. Last month, following the criminal proceedings the couple were found not guilty of causing injury to their child. They have now vowed to get their child returned to their care.
