Congratulations to Costa Kyriacou, Partner and Solicitor at Ringrose Law who has been shortlisted as a Finalist for the Employee of the Year Award at the Lincolnshire Media Business Awards.
Costa joined Ringrose Law in 2012, in the eight years that Costa has been with the firm he has grown from strength to strength. Costa qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and appointed Head of the Children Law Department in 2018.
Costa has built himself an outstanding reputation in the Children Law arena. He is one of the most familiar, trusted and respected Solicitors in Children Law working on some of the biggest and most complex cases in Lincolnshire and other counties.
Costa now manages over 15 members of staff. His ability to lead whilst remaining a key team player has allowed him to take on and flourish in his new role. Costa is also a great mentor for the junior members of staff.
Earlier this year, Costa became a Salaried Partner for the firm.

Last year Costa received recognition as one of Lincolnshire’s 30under30. The award recognised his personal and career achievements to date.
Over the last few months of lockdown Costa and his team have continued to offer a vital service to families across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. The team has received an unprecedented number of enquiries during lockdown, particularly for children matters and Domestic Abuse.
Costa and his team have dedicated their time in assisting clients, usually when matters require urgent assistance. Over lockdown they set up 24hr helplines, free advice clinics and continued to represent clients through video and skype court hearings.
Costa has continued to demonstrate commitment to the firm and helping others by going above and beyond to help protect vulnerable families at this time.
