Ringrose Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Lydia Pycroft as its new Managing Director.
Lydia brings more than 15 years’ experience in the legal sector, with a strong background in operational leadership, people development and organisational culture. Having progressed into senior leadership from an HR background, she offers a people-focused and commercially aware approach, with a clear emphasis on supporting teams, strengthening ways of working and guiding sustainable growth.
In her role as Managing Director, Lydia will work closely with the firm’s partners and leadership teams to support Ringrose Law’s continued expansion, while preserving its strong culture and commitment to high-quality client service.

Ringrose Law is one of the largest law firms in the East Midlands region, with nine offices and more than 160 staff. The firm is a multi-disciplinary practice, with particular expertise in legal services for individuals, including residential conveyancing, personal injury, medical negligence, wills and probate, family law and children law.
In 2024, the firm expanded from five regional offices to nine, marking a significant period of growth. Ringrose Law continues to invest in its people, infrastructure and new locations as it strengthens its presence across the region.
Lydia’s appointment reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to strong leadership and sustainable development as it continues to grow.
