Ringrose Law has renewed its status as a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2), reaffirming its commitment to supporting disabled people and people with long-term health conditions in the workplace.

The renewal reflects the firm’s commitment to creating an environment where individuals feel valued, supported and able to develop their careers.

The government’s Disability Confident scheme encourages employers to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people. Level 2 involves a self-assessment covering recruitment, as well as how organisations support and develop their existing employees.

For Ringrose Law, the renewal reinforces the importance of recognising individual needs, removing barriers to employment and encouraging open conversations about workplace support.

Lydia Pycroft, Managing Director at Ringrose Law, said:

“We are proud to have renewed our Disability Confident Employer status. Our people are at the heart of Ringrose Law, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to contribute, develop and succeed.

“Creating an inclusive workplace means recognising that everyone’s circumstances are different, listening to what people need and taking practical steps to support them. It also means ensuring that talented people feel encouraged to join our firm and build their careers with us.

“Our commitment does not end with this renewal. We will continue to review our approach and look for ways to make Ringrose Law a more accessible and supportive place to work. This is an important part of putting our ethos, ‘Where individuals count’, into practice.”

The firm hopes its renewed status will encourage prospective applicants with disabilities or long-term health conditions to consider a career at Ringrose Law and feel confident discussing any support they may need during recruitment or employment.
