Where individuals count
Complete the form and ‘submit’ it at the end, one of our team will contact you within 5 working days to discuss your Will form and agree the next steps.
Please note – This form is a GUIDE ONLY for making a Will, by submitting your form you have not created an online Will.
By completing this form you are not automatically a client of ours until you instruct us on a particular matter. Once you have sought legal advice from us you have no legal obligation to instruct us going forward.
If you formally make a Will with Ringrose Law, our standard Terms and Conditions will apply to you and these will be sent to you once you have instructed us.
The executors will carry out the terms of your Will and therefore the administration of your estate. The executor should therefore be trustworthy and they can also be a ‘beneficiary’. You can have up to four executors.
If you have children under the age of 18 years then you should appoint guardians to care for them in the instance that both you and your spouse/partner have passed away.
