As a Paralegal, Arron is responsible for the day to day running of cases where the Local Authority had issued proceedings against parents in relation to their children.
Arron has had extensive involvement in a number of cases across all court tiers – from Magistrates to County and High Courts.
These cases have included a varied range of issues from neglect, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse and domestic violence.
Arron mainly covers public law children with some private law children cases and injunction cases involving domestic violence.
