About Emma
Emma obtained a LLB(Hons) in Law from the University of Lincoln in 2017 and has since completed the Level 6 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice through Cilex Law School.
Emma specialises in divorce and matrimonial finances and is based at our Sleaford branch.
Emma’s approach is pragmatic and outcome focused. Where possible she strives to achieve out of court settlements for her clients, recognising that this is usually the less costly, and stressful, route but is well versed in guiding her clients through court proceedings if required. She has a firm and practical, yet sensible and compassionate approach during what is often an extremely stressful and emotional time for her clients.
Emma strives to provide a high standard of client service whilst ensuring this remains cost effective. She is often praised for her no nonsense and empathetic approach.
Emma is also a member of Resolution.
