Frances is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and heads up the Residential Conveyancing team at Ringrose Law's Newark office.

With over 10 years of experience specialising in residential property transactions, she has developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing and is committed to delivering a smooth and efficient service for her clients.

Throughout her career, Frances has successfully handled a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other associated conveyancing transactions. Her practical approach, attention to detail and clear communication help clients navigate the property process with confidence.

As part of a large and dynamic conveyancing team, Frances is experienced in managing a varied caseload while maintaining a high standard of client care. She understands that moving home can be both exciting and stressful and prides herself on keeping clients informed and supported throughout every stage of their transaction.

Frances is committed to her ongoing professional development and takes a proactive approach to expanding her legal knowledge, ensuring she remains up to date with developments within the property sector and legal profession.

Interests

Outside of work, Frances enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and regularly plays netball and attends the gym. She finds that staying active helps her remain focused, disciplined and energised, both personally and professionally.
