About Karen
Karen qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. She honed her skills at a law firm in Leeds, where she began her path as a Paralegal and swiftly rose to a partner role after her qualification. Today, she proudly calls South Yorkshire her home.
Karen joined Ringrose Law in 2023. She now specialises in mainly clinical negligence law although is also experienced in Personal Injury. Over the years, Karen has adeptly managed a diverse range of cases. From tackling claims related to amputations, missed cancer diagnoses, and delayed diagnosis of various conditions, to navigating obstetrics, gynaecology claims, and cases involving children. Karen’s wide-ranging experience encompasses handling numerous negligence claims against hospital trusts and GP’s.
At the heart of Karen’s approach is her unwavering commitment to her clients. She navigates the litigation process with determination, always aiming to secure the best outcomes for those she represent.
Accreditations
Karen is an Accredited Clinical Negligence Specialist with the Law Society.
In order to achieve Accreditation, lawyers have to be able to demonstrate a significant level of experience to the satisfaction of the Law Society. She also has to demonstrate her knowledge of law and medicine so the public have confidence when deciding who to instruct.
Interests
When she’s not working, Karen loves travelling, whether locally or overseas. She enjoys going to the gym and spends time walking with her partner and their dog.
