About Katie
Katie joined Ringrose Law in June 2021 as a Medico-legal Advisor, having previously worked for 12 years as a Doctor in the NHS. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, evidence-based knowledge for each claim, supporting the legal team with insightful medical input and achieving the best possible outcome for Clients.
Katie has gained extensive experience managing patients across a full spectrum of medical and surgical conditions which compliments the wide variety of cases encountered in her work at Ringrose.
Education
Katie graduated in 2006 from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Medicine (MBChB). She undertook her post-graduate medical training as a Junior Doctor in hospitals across Hampshire and also spent two years working in New Zealand.
Katie completed her training in 2018 to become a Consultant in Acute Medicine during which she also achieved the Diploma of Legal Medicine.
Interests
Outside of work Katie loves spending time with her family and getting outdoors. She is a keen skier and also enjoys pub quizzes and comedy events.
