Lisa has held several Management roles over her career including running her own business for 10 years before joining Ringrose Law. She joined Ringrose Law in 2013.
Lisa is responsible for all aspects of the firms human resources needs, from recruitment, training and staff development to updating of HR policies and procedures, organising apprenticeships and internal communications within all offices.
In her role as Senior Associate, Lisa is a member of the firms Operations Board and plays a key role in the future planning and strategy of the firm. Lisa understands the business needs and helps develop strategies to move forward in a competitive marketplace.
Education
Lisa attended the University of Birmingham where she received a BSc degree.
Lisa gained her CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management in 2015.

When not at work, Lisa loves spending time with her family and friends and makes an unforgettable Victoria sponge cake.
