About Lucy
Lucy has a vast experience of representing parents, grandparents and children in cases. Lucy is Children Panel Accredited and has much experience in representing children and vulnerable clients, and is also working to become a member of the family law advanced panel to specialise in child abduction cases.
Lucy currently specialises in cases where children services have issued against parents seeking a potential plan of removal of the children from their care.
Lucy is also the supervisor of the incredibly busy domestic abuse team who deal with both applicants and respondents in relation to non molestation orders and occupation orders.
Lucy is the Head of our Nottingham Office and became a Partner in Spring 2025.
