Nicola has experience in and specialises in particular in all areas of family law; including public and private children law, non-molestation orders and divorce matters.
In her previous role, Nicola assisted the Head of a Family Department at a small firm in Grantham dealing with a wide caseload. She dealt with a range of cases including the above and also pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation contracts and separation agreements.
Nicola is currently studying with CILEx to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. She has recently completed her Level 3 Qualification making her an Associate Member of CILEx.
Nicola is passionate about family law and loves helping clients to achieve their desired outcome.
