Yesterday (13th May) the Property Market ‘re-opened’ for buyers and sellers.
This has allowed people to pick up where they left off with their existing transaction and start to actively look at buying and selling.
Reporting in Today’s Conveyancer it is confirmed that…
“According to data analytics organisations, it is estimated that 163,000 properties worth £55 billion which have been frozen at sale agreed with searches completed can now start to add a welcome cash injection to the sector.”
Although the team at Ringrose Law never stopped, it is anticipated the next few weeks and months will be very busy as people pick up from where they left off and look to complete their transaction.
