What is a Time Limited Live with Child Arrangements Order?
If the Courts are satisfied that someone within your family can care for the child until the final hearing, then they will grant a Time Limited live with Child Arrangements Order for your child. This means the child would remain in their care until the Final Hearing.
Will I still have Parental Responsibility if an Order is issued?
You would still have Parental Responsibility if a Time Limited Order is issued. But you would share it with the family member who would be looking after your child.
