She obtained her black belt at the age of 15 and was the European Kata Champion twice and has competed in both individual and team kumite at both national and international level in countries across Europe and Great Britain. These days Terina prefers to take part in other sports such a mountain biking and skiing, which she has done across Europe and Canada – with the Rockies being her favourite.
