I recently saw a client who had been in a violent relationship and had been put off seeking advice as she believed public funding was not available anymore and therefore we wouldn’t be able to assist. We were in fact able to help her. We obtained public funding and went on to secure an Injunction protecting her from violence and support her divorce and children matters.
