Magistrates Courts deal with 95% of cases brought before the criminal courts, and we have a team of experienced solicitors who are able to help you at the Magistrates Court.
Legal Aid
You might qualify for Legal Aid. This will depend upon your income and the seriousness of the charges against you. Our team will always be happy to discuss this with you.
If for whatever reason you do not qualify for Legal Aid, then we will be happy to discuss fees for representing you at the Magistrates Court with you. These can either be at an hourly rate, or a fixed rate, depending upon the circumstances.
