We can assist our clients by applying to the Court on their behalf for Non-Molestation Orders/ Occupation orders (injunctions/occuptaion orders) against their partners/ former partners. A Non-Molestation Order, (injunction) is an Order which can be used to protect our client and keep their family safe.”
