Anita has specialised in family and divorce law since 1995. Prior to this, Anita worked for many years as a general practitioner. She has a sound background in most areas of the law which enables her to advise clients from a more holistic viewpoint than a lot of specialists. Anita likes to establish a relaxed and friendly relationship with her clients whilst maintaining a professional approach.
Anita takes a firm, pragmatic and practical approach to cases, towards achieving the best possible outcome, given the personal circumstances of each individual client – passionately embracing Ringrose Law’s ethos of the “individual counts”.
Besides divorce and related financial matters, Anita also specialises in (private law) children’s matters, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, separation agreements, property disputes between unmarried couples, and civil partnership matters. Anita is also a Member of Resolution.
Straightforward, accurate and efficient service. Highly professional service.
Anita has been a keen horsewoman all her life. She won championships and other accolades in showing classes at county and national level with her late beloved horse Anglo-Arab Royal Affair (Jack).
Anita now hopes to emulate that success with her newly owned English warmblood horse Rheneas (Thomas) not only in showing classes but also in eventing, dressage, and show jumping competitions. It is early days though since Thomas is only four but he has been placed well in local competitions to date.
Her love of animals extends to her three rescue lurcher dogs Fabius, Zarus, and Parum and the long walks they have together. When she has the time, Anita loves to visit places of historical interest both in this country and abroad. She also has a love of theatre, and of course welcomes socialising with friends and family.
