Rachael is a Children Law Solicitor, who joined Ringrose Law in January 2024.

About Rachael

Rachael speacialises in both public and private law matters, Rachael is a keen and experienced advocate. Rachael represents parents in complex legal proceedings and in March 2022, Rachael achieved the Children Law Accreditation from the Law Society, which enables her to represent children in complex legal matters through the Child’s Guardian.

Rachael has been appointed as a Qualified Legal Representative (QLR), which enables the Court to instruct her to carry out cross examination of vulnerable witnesses within family proceedings.

Prior to joining Ringrose Law, Rachael was named a Key Lawyer by Legal 500 and a Notable Practitioner by Chambers in 2023, highlighting her significant contributions and impact in the legal field. Chambers praised her for her focused practice on representing parents in both private cases and public law proceedings related to their children, especially noting her expertise in cases where domestic abuse has been alleged.

Education and interests

Rachael obtained her Law Degree from Nottingham Trent University and completed her training at a Peterborough firm.

Rachael has a busy family life and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters going for walks and watching her daughters play football and gymnastics. Rachael likes to take on challenges for charity which have included a Bungee Jump, a parachute jump and running a half marathon. Although, Rachael’s hardest challenge for charity came in January this year when she gave up coffee for the whole month!
