Working From home
You can only work from your home if your pc is Windows 10 – Windows 7 is no longer supported and is not secure.
How Do I Check?
Mac/IOS machines are fine to use BUT you will need to contact IT Support to install the software once you have downloaded SOS Splashtop from here
If you just want to check your emails
If you need IT Support use the main number – 01205 314640 – do not call individuals as they may not be available.
If you need documents printing you must leave your printer card at the office.
In order to access the cloud from home you will need to have a broadband connection speed greater than 6mbs. You can check your speed here:
Once you have established that your connection is fast enough you will need to install some software
- SOS Splashtop will enable IT Support to access your pc in order to provide support if needed.

If you would like to use the desktop version of Communicator on your LOCAL desktop (NOT on the cloud) you can download and install it from the link below.
